SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped via UPS within 2 business days of your order depending on our availability.

If it is deemed necessary to ship to a PO Box, USPS will be used for shipment of product.

Orders placed by ground service average 4-10 days for delivery service depending on the destination.

How much will shipping cost?

The exact shipping and handling fee that applies to your order is based on the number of items in your cart, the weight of each item, the destination postal code, and the shipment method selected by the customer.

If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees, will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.

International orders?

We ship to Canada and Mexico. Shipping is available outside the US at actual costs. Customer will be responsible for all customs and duties fees. No returns for orders shipped outside the US.

 

RETURN POLICY

EDMATOOLS will accept the return of merchandise for exchange or credit only with advance written authorization.

To return merchandise, you must call our Customer Service (630) 851 2111.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please prepay shipping. We suggest returns to be shipped via UPS ground shipping. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied. Cash on Delivery (COD’s) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

We will only accept items that are returned complete, and intact. Missing parts, incomplete case quantities or partially used case quantities will not be accepted.

Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item. Your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved.
